A Turtletastic Journey

Daisy is a Loggerhead turtle that was rescued and rehabilitated in Bermuda after getting caught on a fishing hook. She was fitted with a satellite tag before she was released to plot her movements. The Bermuda Department of Environment and Natural Resources reported yesterday that Daisy spent about five days swimming in Bermudian waters after she was released on the 18th July before setting off on a journey which has lead her to the East Coast of Florida. Daisy is currently enjoying the ocean around West Palm Beach. To keep track of her, visit the Sea Turtle Conservancy.
