A Loggerhead Turtle named Daisy was released back into the sea last month, 200 days after she was rescued by fishermen in Bermuda, the Royal Gazette reports. Daisy had a fishing hook stuck in her throat and required a CT scan and surgery, followed by months of rehabilitation work at the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. She was fitted with a satellite tag so that researchers will be able to monitor her progress.
