Accessing Users Live Chat Channel with their Operator Access ID

I am working on an assignment for my networking class where we are going to be creating a live chat application using IBM Connections. At this point, the live chat portion is complete and we are working on integrating the chat with a website.
We can access a users profile through the profile dialog which lets us retrieve their operator access id, channel id, channel name and channel description.
When we join a users Chat Channel, we can see the channel name and description as well as the connect date but we cant retrieve the channel id and operator access id. This operator access id is only shown on the users profile page.
