Oct 12, 2019 – Crack-Curse is a moderator for IntelliJ IDEA and is able to help you with this question. This. I am using JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA for.Protein binding of antifungal agents.
Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with micellar electrokinetic chromatography was employed for the simultaneous determination of three structurally related triazole antifungal agents, itraconazole, voriconazole and posaconazole, on protein binding. The microextraction procedure was performed in a 1:100 (v/v) mixture of acetonitrile and 20 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), and 15 mM of Brij 35 was used as a surfactant. The binding processes of antifungal agents to different proteins (human serum albumin and BSA) and their corresponding binding sites (pH 7.0) were investigated using this dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used as the conventional method for binding study. The present results obtained from the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method showed that the apparent protein binding of the studied triazole antifungal agents to various proteins varied between 13% and 53%. The results demonstrated that protein binding is one of the major factors influencing the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacokinetics of these antifungal drugs.Q:
